The trademark is one of the small issues with RFMK. In my opinion:
1. There have not been significant sales of product to-date. The 3rd Q filing will be revealing, albeit unaudited I'm sure, they aren't about to put out big lies, imo.
2. The ongoing theme of RFMK is to use the social media to create hype to garner the rise of the stock and sell into such rises.
This strategy gives an extention to the ongoing, usual use of paid "market awareness" groups to create the hype. I would call it hyper hype, via twitter, facebook, and Utube.....Shuman's only claim to fame. (Not counting the frivolus lawsuits that were thrown out of court in the past)
3. The 10Q for the SEC is extremely doubtful, as there are many skeletons in the RFMK closet...again, imo.
This saga will be played out by the end of the year, as the time always runs out on such a tactic.
4. The past few PR's have been just deplorable due to the lack of verifiable substance....seems the traders are not believing that these pump efforts have been effective in creating momo for the pps. The last week has shown a lower pps and very small volume. Without volume, it will die a slow death.
Meanwhile the insiders will be selling away to get all they can prior to the end of RFMK's time.
