A company a cannot pay a promoter in free trading shares as it is not applicable to issuing S8s. Hiring someone to illegally promote your company is yahhhh, not legal.
It is fairly clear though that Ramos and Ramos/Rammm (or whatever) were the ones who hired/paid monkey boy to pump as they were the ones dumping.
