Is this story not about Princess Petroleum, Treaty Energy & OFF SHORE DRILLING ? This is just another hurdle that Treaty comes across for future OFF SHORE DRILLING. This does not effect their current operations at San Juan # 1 & 2 and the other on shore concessions.
