I agree that buyers will be scarcer and getting scarcer (sp?). But I don't think it will collapse like the naz did. Because the naz was full of speculative buying. I would define a collapse as 50% decline in home value. I can see a slow correction, I just can't see a collapse. And I'm willing to change my mind if someone comes up with a convincing arguement.
