I actually owned those .13's several months prior to that P&D only to watch it go down to .015. I had just about given up on the thing when it started moving. But yeah these P&Ds leave a lot of victims in their wake. I'm sure many people got burnt on it. I remember that the 10 baggers tried to start a second P&D after it hit the mid .20's. I screwed it up for them after calling them out on it. They then were forced to disclose that they had been compensated for their "pick". There's nothing more hated to me then those pump groups.
