FWIW, that doesn't appear to me to succeed in making the case that Daic is likely to be a successful "natural" bidder for any of CLYW's IP properties... as the judge suggested he might be ?
With success in addressing the current suit... I expect CLYW will be able to figure out how to address the ROW issues without much difficulty... and Daic will benefit from that as a shareholder.
I don't think we should expect to see CLYW engaged in actual development of a business, anywhere, rather than see the IP be licensed or sold, at some point... but, we've not reached the point where that process has even begun ?
I doubt that those issues have begun being resolved... as you appear to suggest they have been...
I doubt they'll even begin to be addressed until after 923 is settled... and, then, much may depend on proofs in the fact of performance between now and then, too.
