Being in the Real Estate Market I saw this coming in my area. Not only were there less houses for sale but people were not offering above asking and there are less bidders now a days.

I say that in happiness not anger because in a few months, I'll be able to get a better deal for a property then I did just a few months ago and have my tenant pay my mortgage..
