the pr was what the pr was. the ceo, and other investors(insiders) bought 10% of the o/s.
i have never heard of any situation where when insiders buy a large portion of the o/s, it is a bad thing.
all i'm hearing now, is negative spin - and with no facts offered to support this spin.
let me add, that the 3.9 million shares is a significant portion of the float. so more stock is now in stronger hands.
HOW THIS CAN BE SPUN AS NEGATIVE IS BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION? i would love to hear how when insiders buy 10% of the o/s, it is a bad thing. and please don't use conjecture. show facts on how this is a bad thing!!!
