As soon as they got the leases the natural gas prices immediately started to drop quickly and went to half the price they were when they initially acquired the leases. They waited 2 years and now the price is getting close to where it should be. Looks to me like they will make twice as much money.

What they'll do though is sometimes they'll re-drill wells deeper or drill in spots they know of but it might not be as profitable because they know they can make descent money when the price high. Perfect example here in Kuwait we were re-drilling a bunch of older wells because due to the higher prices in oil and the fact that it will overall rise for the year it is profitable to do so. In Texas they will fraq then reproduce a lot of the older wells now because it is worth it or drill deeper in some of the spots they couldn't before.
