Yes Talldude, I spoke with him yesterday. His take is the conversion may well be near because PGLC sent more docs with the SEC regarding CRGC conversion to PGLC shares he said he found this on line. When I last spoke with the PGLC reps they were in an ongoing back and forth with the SEC, it seems the SEC wants another little tidbit here and there thus slowing the overall process down, but that the process was going forward. My friend (one of the original owners) still has all of his shares of CRGC as do the other original owners, as far as he knows. So it appears as no conversions from CRGC to PGLC shares has taken place yet. Again as I posted a while back, the people I spoke with handling the conversion for PGLC said to look toward the end of the year for the process to be completed. Sorry I don't have more. If I hear anything else of pertinence I'll post it , I know others here do as well and it is greatly appreciated. We just have to hang in there. Hope this helps a little. g
