I guess I was thinking about overwhelming force as hiring a firm to represent them as competent as what KMAG did. They didn't try and cut any corners hiring a firm of lessor quality, that would be at a disadvantage from the get go.
Overwhelming, as in overwhelmingly qualified and competent. Sorry I didn't explain better.
