I just could not figure out how they were going to go about it.
The answer came via HNWS. I will in the future own NOVA stock.
Kind of like a PPO but I got in early. Again how much is Nova worth they will have a low share structure compared to IBCL.
I think nova is worth more than .02 Way after the Reverse Merger is done. Like Dakota Dad said this is a good structure deal for both! I see what he see.
