Obama pledged in 2007 thru 2008 to start Iraq troop withdrawals in March, 2009 to Get Elected...

Obama promised to bring the troops home so much in 2008 that I would check the news to see if they were coming home earlier...

Obama threw in his deficit cutting pledge when it wasn't as crucial as now...
