EQUITY FUNDING/Cash = same thing - Allinder stated very clearly, twice in fact, that both $2M sources of funding are EQUITY BASED, and yes, you are correct that the funder is only providing the rest of the PIPE funding on a month to month basis, obviously, they do not have enough trust in RFMK management to put it all in their hands at once.
