i agree, but I have read the rules of the tsx extensively because of the exile debacle, we don't qualify for their listing. you have to have a 12 month plan for revenue and a going forward plan and the quarterly filing requirements are very strict concerning guidance. plus the offor investigations. if a control shareholder has ever been under scrutiny, not going to work. they know this will be years down the road. a merger of some kind is the option, however, can't see that right now. a partner yes, but a merger is quite different.
