I am in complete agreement with you donk. IF, and that is a pretty big if, HNWS who now owns or will own Nova is the stock in which we should be invested, then I want to know that.
All we need to know to make that decision ourselves is the actual relationship between the three soon to be two.
Interestingly, the volume on IBCL has been more than 2x the volume of HNWS.
I thought that the two new sales people received options on IBCL? I cannot recall where I may have read that information or if I am just making it up. I read something about it.
Here is an important question. Which company manufactures the product that Nova sells. Does IBCL manufacture it and pay for cost of goods manufactured? Or is it Nova. I find it hard to believe that you can have one company doing the sales and getting all of the money and another bearing the burden of costs of the product it sells.
Nova has to manufacture and sell it. P&L will be sales minus cost of goods sold equals gross profit.
