To tell you the truth, I'm really not sure how I ended up that bad, except for running around taking care of, maybe, too many others at the same time. I just reinforced what I always did (diet & exercise wise), with just a little more peace time for myself.

Thank you for thinking about my mom.

Weather has stayed very hot here, as we're still in the 90's most days. I'm starting to think this is permanent. :-/
