Hi fadeshti (Paul)----Keep the helmet aside ---No need to wear it---As to the small amount of cash on hand there has to be an explaination ----Maybe the company pays their A/P a couple of days b/4 the end of the month---many do that and plan their month on anticipated A/R for the folling month---This is the only feasible expaination otherwise they would not have been able to operate and stay in business--and since DM is a no noncence gal and no fluff she made sure to tell it as it is---Plus I am sure that the powers that are =went over Q with a fine tooth comb --checking and rechecking each draft as they know that the SEC will be doing the same ---Many kudos to Deidre on this open and above board Q---And to TM for coming up with IMHO a great business plan and model---
