GTHI is a private company

It is very possible that GTGP owns less than 5% of GTHI, if any.

However, we won't know the percentage ownership of GTHI that GTGP owns until the company itself makes it public.

An why has GTGP not made public the ownwership structure of GTHI?

Because that is what scam companies do!
