I agree Irv IBCL will recieve all that you said! But that revenue will most likely go towards paying down debt and operating . 5% say on a 500k sale is only 25k to Ibcl
Which is good somewhat revenue will flow thru Ibcl but only at a fraction of what NOVA will get! Take a look at the share structure of HNWS now they will do a RM. I am guessing Nova will be the one that will go NASDQ in a short time. That makes my stock of HNWS more valuable! But the stock will rise also On IBCL because they will be owners of NOVA stock as well.
Also by way of doing this IBCL will not have to raise its OS.
So soon when things turn green with NOVA! IBCL shares will go up as more and more people hold on to IBCL shares. Yes a win win for both but A HUGE WIN FOR HNWS in my opinion.
