Kmag put R-pac in charge of production and distribution of their product in order to protect the patents and to get their product out into the market place as quickly as possible. Rather then Jeff having to do all this work by himself. Rather hire a co ready made to handle it. Therefore Jeff takes a royalty for each tag sold. it made more sense to do it this way then to shut down the co. completely.

R-PAC has some very big clients. who's products are they using ? probabaly a combination of several.

If you believe KMAG has product, and you know who R-PAC is, then anyone who questions the potential of revenue, or revenue claimed this year, is kidding themselves. Even just getting a percentage of R-Pac's sales of KMAG dual-tags because of any licensing or manufacturing agreement would be substantial.

Millions of tags are applied to products and they are a one-use deal. Food, clothing, other products. Think about it.
