yep. thats what my numbers show also, and what I've tried to
explain to PD. It's a lot of shares, we'll see what happens.

60mill, dont think are a lot of shares in pinky land. on a good pr week at a 10mil volume/day we talk about 6 days. take the price from .07 to .05 maybe. worthy if helps production start.

The bottomline is that they don't convert at .075 unless they believe that they can get substantially more than that (factoring in the dilution)in the market or from a buyout.

I hope they have the opportunity to convert every dollar of debt at .075.

The equipment should be on-site next week.
