Well, I know the area for almost 60 years. In fact when my paternal granparents immigrated to the USA they live only a few blocks away. They worked in the factories on 8th street and eventually owned a tavern, a boarding house and two two family homes. Not bad working for .05 per hour!
I pass through there at least once a month, more lately! LOL!
