Whatever it is we will know it by tomorrow Oct. 9th 10:30 am, likely pps will shoot up before that time then go really high if Google settle/offers (or vice versa), I thinks to @least $7+ with royalties$ payments for many years to come if they decide not to take us over by settle and jeopardizing to lose more later along with their customers for not buying Vringo because someone else might.
IMO they will settle or offers to buy Vringo tomorrow.
