You can never lock up the float per say. Since there was low volume selling and the pps pulled back on low volume, I still view it as a positive. See volume bars on weekly chart posted by overachiever:

'heavy selling interest' lol! really? when did that happen?

I wouldn't view this as a positive. The movement described above shows low buying interest and heavy selling interest. If the float is a locked as some have lead to we should move up on Air when buying pressure comings into this stock.
