all speculation at this point. could be co. sold, so no reorg co. stock to issue...I'm not clear whether good or bad at this point.

because the creditors are not with the debtor's 100% in order for this to work all creditors must be paid in full and acept the plan if 1-2 creditors decline than plan gets canceled this is why the commons havnt gone from 240mill to 50mill in 2 days there still holding because they know this..

I feel they withdrew the plan to issue new stock, because they plan on going private.
