The 611 doc was filed 9/7/2012. The SEC RW registration withdrawel request was filed with the SEC on 9/14/2012 but was never filed as a docket on the restructuring webpage. I don't know if the RW is connected with the 611. The RW talks about the new common stock after restructuring the 611 doc talks about acquiring existing stock imo.
