The payment, the amount, and who made it are irrelevant. At this point, the only thing that matters is an operational pilot plant that proves the technology is commercially viable.

That third party without a doubt has "skin in the game" and would certainly benefit from a spike in the pps. Therefore, I would consider this an insignificant event.

Another point to ponder is why was Good Coal PTE formed?

Ultimately, nothing matters without the pilot plant and proof that the technology works, and is viable on a commercial scale.
