No only in the provence of BC and it never affected trading on Friday! I guess all the investors are in the US and the few ones who post here form Canada say they are able to trade TAGG just fine! BTW 98% of the money form these promos is not I Hub money anyway.

I suggest you read this. Any OTC promo stocks get a 30 day CE once they know there is a promo. BTW I have been in several they slapped the CE after the promo and they ran 1000% to 5000% plus! http://www.otcmarkets.com/otc-101/caveat-emptor
