There is always "something" holding this up, but frankly, I have few "preferred" stock that have led real runs in the last three years and they typically start and make their move ahead of the pack, but they are still dormant. We really have gone nowhere since we first got up here around 130, we had a two days run on 2/14 and 2/18 and since then, a full 8 days of trading, have gone nowhere, that is distributory, IMTO. And, to ad insult on injury, we are probably going to make a new low on volume today...
