Look for an Encore performance again this week

Unfortunately no one knows who bought the shares, and guess what, the PR says 5 institutional investors, it doesn't say Hudson, someone is just trying to scare everyone here after they sold, wow, that's original.

The shares were offered directly to five existing institutional investors without a placement agent or underwriter.
