There are a few errors in your post, there is nothing about the price of a stock that directly causes dilution. Also, A reverse split actually allows more institutional investors by keeping them on the Nasdaq and keeping the price high enough to allow mutual funds to invest.

Also, ive seen a few R/S cause short squeezes for reasons that are hard to understand. See FBP. That stock is also a good example of a R/S not being a "kiss of death".

I agree that management are borderline crooks, but isnt that the nature of shipping? Regardless, at 60c this stock has value if you liqidate assets. If the shipping indexes keep rising..this can move very quickly.

I am adding more at these prices.
