There is no proof that the spectrum is worth only 177 million. There is proof that comparable spectrum is sold recently for much more $ per MHZ/pop than valued by the TSC debtors.
The judge must appoint an independent valuation !
If he doesn't do that he should leave the common shareholders intact.
