The Epiq FAQ is correct.

Commons and prefs have been cancelled and the former shareholders are now included in the plan trust OBS...outside of BK.

take a look at the plan trust documents and you may change your mind on the future distributions.

WAMUQ (commons) and WAMKQ and WAMUHQ (prefereds) all got WMIH stock for their shares and are still part of the Liquidating Trust and could , mybe see soome monies there eventually.

I know cause I own all three and I am at this day up 100% on my investment.
