It's not that the PEG ratio isn't THERE always for any intelligent investor. It certainly is one of the things everyone considers, whether they know what it is or not. That's the way the mind works: growth versus price. Most people, however, are swayed by the herd in their investment decisions, and the taboo on China stocks prevails. But it is always there, and a precious few people follow their instincts in that regard and buy as a result.
