AAHH thats just it with international law as it is between the US and Great Britain It will be just as easy as if they were here. It is a fallacy that they cannot collect there. In order for world free trade to work there must be a way to remedy the wrongs of some no matter where they are. Concession's are made for the greater good, and now it is no more than someone getting a trip to England.
They have assets that can and will be attached when this suit is over no matter where they are located.
