I really don't care about a buy back at this time...he did say he hoped to start a buy back this fall...its not going to happen and that's fine with me.
What I will say is this...a future buy back needs to occur and just the way he explained it...a long and rigorous buy back over time...no r/s like last time...that's where a cautionary note should be made...we have heard this before and it didn't work out well for some...
Redemption is possible...keeping one's word as truth is the way...time will tell.
