Because everything you bought was classified as a scam by your broker that is why they want you to call. If you call they are giving you a second chance to not invest your money because they feel that they are lettign you buy soemtihng that is high risk. They make you call so that way you can think about it before you loose your money. The reason you call is because they know you will loose your money and they are trying to let you back out of the situation before it gets worse.
