Whether Roxanna has or hasn't called the shots in a long time the fact remains --she's still a director (yes?) and still majority shareholder (yes?). Then that makes her all powerful whether she chooses to actively wield it or not.

Face the facts!! Roxanna hasn't called the shots in a very long time. Why do you think Wayne Kalish was brought in? It was planned! She was told that she needed to step down. New management equals new direction. That's not too hard to understand. Weclome to the Advisory board.

BTW: Why has the market not responded favorably to Kalish coming on board as CFO? Stock keeps falling regardless.
