Don't listen to celts. Someone just talked to mr.nalley. He
told them after he gets his certs in there is a form that
will have to be filled out and that form along with the certs
are to be sent to an address that is on one of the forms and
the slmu certs will be converted into dsti certs. It is
starting RIGHT now. If you want you can call mr. nalley
