DB and paying lawyers is waste of money as well. Even if they win never going to collect a dime. Not when who they are suing doesn;'t have any money to pay anything they win. Just ridiculous again. But it makes for another thing Joe can promote to dump shares. he is good at that issuing over 6 billion on presplit basis as CEO. No the r/s won't hide that fact even though he trys to.

You do realize that all these stories coming out will be shown to be just that. First as you can see from the motion that THEY filed, By the way if jeff had fired them no hearing or motion would have been required!! CLUE #1! AS well there will be a hearing where they will tell the judge the reason THEY ARE dropping NHSH. I have a feeling they wont be lying at that point or trying to help ol jeff or mike out then.

As to the protective order guy - one would assume it doesn't matter one bit. joe wrote what he did and should answer for it.

Oh it does matter for if the one guy left wants his time at joe he will have to go at it alone or with jeffs help I assume, and that would not be wise right! Thats a big task for one guy that I would guess is not so familiar with Florida law. THAT CAN BE OVERWHELMING. And also how is that making him pay? It is a protection order so he dont scare them anymore!LOL Nothing to pay there.
