Right. Because anyone with a contrarian review must be a sociopath. And on that note, if the FDA rejects Ampligen then it's because they don't believe CFS exists (they've only decided to review the drug for CFS twice now because they like playing cruel tricks). Another rejection would obviously have nothing to do with the effectiveness or safety profile of the drug--a drug which HEB has tried to push onto the market for decades covering a wide variety of various diseases, failing each time. There are plenty of negative opinions regarding Ampligen as well. From the very first recognized CFS patient:
If Ampligen works, it should be approved. If it doesn't, it shouldn't. If the results aren't demonstrative enough, another trial should be required. None of us here know for sure how well it works. The FDA will decide, and in no way is it a guaranteed approval, as some seem to be suggesting. The biggest reason Ampligen might get approved this time around is because of a friendlier FDA toward approving drugs for untreated illnesses. That is certainly a possibility. The only actual certainty here though, is that the company will dilute the heck out of shareholders between now and February. Count on it.
