what you should be saying is why havent they already cancelled commons if that was their intent whose best interest is it to cancel commons when the preferred's own a lot of common shares and the insiders own a lot of common shares-I read someplace where insiders own 16% of the common stock also- if they were to wipe out commons , the civil suite(s) would be inevitable and take years and cost many millions and they would probably lose there really should be enough money to go around
