Don't know what your definition of dilution is, but the first tranche of money from the new funder required the issuance of (free trading, according to the T/A) shares. 143,500,000 shares. The balance of funding is also "equity" funding. Shares for cash....stand by for it.
Most traders seem to matter little, but the shares will be sold into the float based on recently history. gl
