If Mindpix was already incorporated in Nevada then why was it also incorporated in Florida on 10/24/2011 using the same address and same owners and officers?

I see the Nevada version authorized 775 million shares whereas the Florida one authorized ONE BILLION. Are we to understand that 1.775 BILLION shares actually exist? http://ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us/pdf/70599097.pdf

So what are we to believe from the Liar Roxanna! Do they have an office in Atlanta, Florida or is it Nevada?
