Lets assume this is true then BBDA should have disclosed who the auditors are. Securities laws mandate material changes be announced through proper disclosure methodologies.

This is another example of BBDA's lack of transparency. There are no auditors

IMO, they won't announce the hiring of an audit firm until end of year. The 10K (yearly financials) gives a company 90 days to complete the financials. BBDA's year end is Dec 31st, so if they announced audited financials for the 10K, it would give the new auditing firm 90 days to prepare the reports, as opposed to 45 for quarterly reports.
