Quite the optimistic fellow with that 3 to 6 month timeline?

I dunno', maybe it's just me, but the headline in that PR states ... "identifies market maker to proceed with form 15c2-11" then does not identify such, only states "has initiated proceedings with a Market Maker toward submission for OTC interdealer quotation via filing of Form 15c2-11 with FINRA."
