Funny , you keep saying its their "legal" requirement to raise the A/S but no where has WGAS said that in their rationale to the shareholders for doing so. No where, not in the proxy materials or in Tony's web blogs... Did I miss something or are you the only source saying its a legal requirement. Can you post where the company says this? I'm happy to stand corrected & apologize if you can find this.
