Oh hell no simple. a long, long way from well. Does give me the opportunity to take a small amount off the table to go see my sister in Oregon but that will leave the rest having to get above 2c all the way up to 13.9c to be even. I still haven't seen that new grand-daughter in Texas but they say they are coming up here in November.
