You really believe that garbage, if the shorts are "naked" or "Air" how would you or anyone know for sure what the MM's have been doing....

But when it comes to penny stocks, there is something that is quite interesting when it comes to naked short selling and that it is virtually impossible to prove that naked short selling has occurred. Accurate short position data is very difficult to find in OTC trading. More common in recent times are claims by companies in the NASDAQ exchange claiming that they have become victims of naked short selling. These reports are increasing and the SEC and Congress are taking a look at certain regulatory controls that can be put in place to curb naked short selling. Until then, publicly traded companies are at the mercy of the higher powers within the market.
